By using our website and participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which outline our policies, responsibilities, and liability protections.

At Weight Loss Paradise, we are committed to helping you achieve your weight loss goals. We offer a results guarantee, provided that you:
• Fully adhere to your personalized program.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines given by your assigned coaches.
• Maintain compliance with meal plans, physical activity recommendations, and all other program requirements.
Since every program is tailored to the individual, failure to follow the prescribed regimen may impact results, and the guarantee will not apply in such cases.
2. Medical Disclaimer
General Health: Weight Loss Paradise is not a medical provider. Any information provided, including but not limited to Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) or other health tracking technologies, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Guests should always consult with their physician or a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to their health routine.
Use of CGM/CKM Devices: While CGM devices are available for use, they are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. The Company is not responsible for any medical issues that may arise from using these devices.
Program Participation Disclaimer
Physical Activities: Participation in any physical activities—including but not limited to yoga, hiking, and water sports—is voluntary and at your own risk. Weight Loss Paradise is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from participation.
Dietary Services: Our meal plans are designed to support your weight loss journey, but individual reactions may vary. The Company is not responsible for any adverse health effects caused by dietary changes. Guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns should consult their doctor before following our meal plans.
Travel and Transportation Disclaimer
Air Travel: The Company is not responsible for any travel disruptions, including flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or injuries incurred while traveling to or from Puerto Rico.
Local Transportation: While the Company provides transportation services, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring during transit.
Amenities and Facilities Disclaimer
Facility Use: All guests use Company facilities (including the fitness center, spa, and beach house) at their own risk. The Company is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on-site.
Excursions and Activities: Participation in off-site excursions and activities is completely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Weight Loss Paradise assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents during these events.

Indemnification
By participating in Weight Loss Paradise programs and using our facilities, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in our programs or use of our services.
Payment Terms
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of your program.
• Failure to complete payment before the start date will result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in the company’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this disclaimer. You accept all risks associated with participating in our programs and using our facilities and services.
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Rico.
